Cons call home.com company gave me a number that was set up to have calls made to my grandson from his father who is incarerated and promised me that this was done with the cooperation of the institution. I also had to pay the initial institution fee of $25. Oo set up fee, (which they did return), when the number cons call home.com did not work. I set this up on June 1st and after calling about number not working, they sd no problem, will mail out fax and another month charge to credit card was made while I waited on their promise. Today, August, I cancelled with no sorry, no refund of any kind. These are the people who should be behind bars. Or is it a white collar crime going on in the system?
