Miscellaneous

They told us that they are advertising company, they'll make us a banner whenever people search us in google.com by adding our banner on top of the page. They told me that our banner should be up in 3 days after they receive our payment, but up until now, I still haven't seen our ads nor any response from their company. Whenever I tried to give them a call, it never goes through, and e-mails as well. However, recently they tried to convince me that they are not scam, our banner is up, we're getting a positive feedbacks from this ad, but it wasn't true. I asked them many times, just to get our money back from it, but I couldn't get any further to get my money back. I mentioned many times that I was going to report them, just to get our money back, it seems like they didn't care at all. I wish that I could just get my money back. Please help us.
