A charge of US $39.95 was charged to my account. Bank of America needs a claim form and needs to do their own investigation to see if this is fraudulant, which after finding this site, I see is complete fraud!!! I say we all find these SOB's and file a class action law suit!!! I have yet to be credited back, I will need to close my bank account!!!
