Customer Service and tech support mindblowing stupid

This company unreliable and useless. I had nothing but problems with verifying my identity using my unique phrase I had to type every 10 min. Saving 10% on my Geico insurance seemed like a no win battle from the start. The stupid 6 hour test locked me out all the time and when I had to call customer service they had not a clue what they were doing. Tech support was even worse I think they all dropped out of high school and should be saying "Do you want fries with that" instead. This is a warning to all. This company is not capable of wiping my butt. Do not waste your time with them. Horrible Horrible Trash...
