These people contacted me to design their renovation. At the end of
the process John Ujfalusi, was unhappy about what he saw as a delay in
completing the project, and told me he wanted me to give him the work,
but he didn't want to pay for it.
I had driven 45 minutes to meet him at his house to show him the
work, and finalize the project per our contract. After I refused to give
him the work he blocked me from exiting his house. Finally getting an
opportunity I rushed to my car, where my wife, was a passenger, and
witness, with John chasing after me. We argued, then he finally said that
he would pay the balance owing. With great reluctance, after my wife's
urging me to take the cheque, and end the conversation with Ujfalusi, I
relented and took his cheque. He swore, in front of my witness, that
the cheque was "good", and "cashable today". He then snatched the
building plans from me and rushed back into his house.
In fact he had taken steps to make certain the cheque could never be
cashed, including putting a false signature on it, and calling to stop

Since that time Tiffanie Ujfalusi has embarked on a relentless
campaign of online slander against me, and has even obtained the email
addresses of my minor children, and sent them legal papers, using one of
her co-worker's name.
Tiffanie, and John Ujfalusi have done this sort of online attack
against others in the past, including ruining the name of a lawyer in
Toronto who she felt charged her $125.00 too much when he helped them
sell their house, and a hot tub store in Victoria, BC.
Even though our contract requires arbitration Tiffanie, and John
Ujfalusi have refused to mediate, or arbitrate, and decided to ignore
the terms, and have launched a lawsuit against me. It is difficult to
understand their reasoning, since they are the ones who literally stole
the building plans from me by not paying. She has also searched far and
wide for any former disgruntled employees, and other like minded
individuals among the more than 3000 clients, and 100 employees I have
had over the last 35 years, and done her best to rally these few angry
people into a high tech lynch mob dedicated to attacking me. Thanks to
the internet, these people are able to create a completely false picture
of me online, and are working overtime doing it.tiffany Ujfalusi even used the resources at her work, including a co-worker's email to contact my children, and post slander about me. They have continued their attack even a year and a half later! To me that seems pathological, especially since they still haven't paid for the bad cheque.
