Pinyan Labs is a dog breeder located in Ankeny, Iowa. This guy is either completely incompetent

Or knowingly abusive toward his dogs. I went there to see an 8 wk pup that the owner had for sale and she was obviously malnourished.

My wife really wanted to get this dog so we purchased her, I fell bad giving him the money, but I also feel bad leaving this poor pup with him. I had the pup checked out and my suspicions were correct.

She had worms and ear mites. I had her treated and she is doing well. I think she might have some hip problems soon, but i will try to keep her comfortable. I dont know the best way to deal with this situation, as the pups are best away from this guy, but if you buy them he will keep breeding.

Please be aware that if you buy a dog from this guy you are going to have a problem on your hands. I am going to continue to pursue this with the Ankeny chamber of commerce in the hopes that he will be shut down.
