Applied for a loan of $5000.00. Told by representative that the funds would be deposited into checking account the next day. Had filled out all necessary paper work. Within the 2 days, the money was not deposited. Sent in $885 for the first 5 payments of loan due to bad credit. Was told than additional $700 was to be paid for insurance purposes. Said that I was not paying the additional amount and to cancel the loan and refund my money. Told that they were going to refund the initial amount. Said I would be contacting lawyer and would be in touch.
