It's a loan scam that told me that I was approved for a loan for $7000. But they need the first 4 payments to be payed up front for security, because of my bad credit. Then added insurance (due to my credit). Kept being told the money will deposit to my account tommorow. Lastly, was told certified check was sent by regular mail. They provided me with a signed legal contract, and guarantee letter. I faxed them all my income & personal info. I recived no money. The name of the company is Woodhaven Lending Group. They had a phone number that seemed legitimate. 1-866-964-4151. The agent that I spoke to was Michael Miller ext. 202. One person worked in Customer Service named Brian ext. 100. Their fake adress (checked with leasing manager that owned building, and he confirmed that space was vacant and up for lease, this company doesn't reside there.) is 200 Allens Avenue #6g, Providence, RI 02903. At the Conley's Wharf building. I wired all money through 3 different Green Dot Money Pak cards purchased at Walmart. Loaded the funds unto the card, and provided the loan agent with the pin/activation numbers. First amount wired was $882.00 for the first 4 monthly payments. Next $1000.00 for the Basic Insurance. Next another $800.00 for the Full Coverage Insurance. They now have my $2682.00. I have no loan. They wouldn't cancel and refund what I paid. And they have all my personal info. I filed a report with the police and contacted the credit bereaus to let them know of the possible fraud. I may loose my place of residence because of this. Never Do this!!!
