After many ads on TV and email I signed up. The sign-up page says $10.95 per month for one year. They charged my account $131.40 twice (total $262.80). When I called to tell them to refund one of the charges they said I signed up for two services, I did NOT. Their service rep said they would refund part of the money and downgrade me to three months for the two services, but would not refund the second charge they made, or cancel ether service.
