I applied for a loan with welcome loans ltd they sent a letter out saying i have been accepted and i need to pay their arrangement fee along with my signed appication form. The letter then stated when they had recieved my fee which i sent via postal order my loan would be paid within 5 working days. If i needed to contact a advisior to email them and i would hear from them within 24 hours many emails i have sent and no communication at all when you call there phone number you just have a voice mail saying to email.
