After testing at miracle's office, purchased a pair of aids for the price of 5850.00.
Having nothing but trouble with both of them -counting tomorrow this will be the 6th time there has been trouble with one or the aid-
Requested the tech to simply replace them and they would not.
It's not that I don't expect no flaws, but six times and each time they sent out to their people and lose a week while they fix them-
It's 50 miles round trip from where we live also we were given a phone number for problems when they are closed - if the problem happens on a Friday after hours, they do not call until monday to bring them in again.
