This service allows you a trial period then if you want to cancel (they already have your credit card information) you have to wait 48 hours then log in again to cancel In thte interim they bill you for $18.95 for the next months service. When you do call in they will "refund" 50% in 10 to 15 business days. If you call to cancel that should be all you have to do. These exercises that the consumer must go through to cancel this fraudulent service. Their reorts are inaccurate, suddenly completely unknown persons pop up in your search and the information is extremely difficult to read and decipher. Let alone if something goes wrong you will be repeatedly charged $1 to get the same infomration over and over.
