These crooks sent my wife a check in this amount stating that she had won a "UK & North America Consumer reward Promotion Draw." We suspected it was a scam since with the check they stated we would have to pay a Non British Resident tax.

Fortunately we did not fall for the scam, but do want to let others know about it.
