I bought a package from this company, hosting package with a monthly fee. I made the payment and the transsaction went through, after they received the payment, they sent me the documents to fill out.in these documents was also included the w-9 form, which it is not mentioned on the presentation and faq of the site. After i received the documents to sign, like a contract. It says on the last bottom line charges are NON-REFUNDABLE. I realize that i sign, but eventhough i din;t sign, they would, t give me back the money beacuse the transaction went through an dwhen i spoke on the phone with the representative he even didn;t mention to me, listen if you pay it will not be refundable. They ripped m e off they waited for me to pay, then they sent me the contract with hiddeen phrases like non - refundable, an dthe w-9 form. This company is a supplierfor adults toys and dvs. Thankyou
