Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing coupon scam

Telemarketer called and offered $200 in gas coupons and pay for shipping and handling with other offers etc. When verification of accounts (They somehow had my information???) and other offers were made we declined and kept declining. The hung up on me, I tried calling back to no avail. Then my account had a debit of 141.85 this is last December and we have had no success in receiving a refund. Oh they say that the check is in the mail! Sure it is!
