Faulty FIFA 11 sent in for replacement, nothing received

Hi, I bought a copy of FIFA 11 for Xbox 360 which was faulty, so I sent the game away to EA Sports along with a cheque for £10 around Christmas time. I still, to this day, have received no game, no explanation, no apology, nothing, even after I have rung multiple times and sent hundreds of emails. Does anyone have any advice for me on how I can get refunded? Thank you for reading.
