I ordered one set of the sliders, upgraded to a longer lifter for $4.95 & was told I would be charged $7.95 for shipping. When the charge came in, it was for $127.67. The representative on the phone told me that they tripled the order and that I have to return two of them to get my money back. I will be responsible for the shipping charges & I'm out the money in the meantime. I can't afford these charges & I'm furious at these people. I will contact the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Arizona consumer information and complaints section.
