Simtec Co. Promised one price, charged me 3 times what I was quoted

I ordered 1 set of sliders for $19.95 with an $5.95 upgrade to a longer lifter. I was supposed to be given 1 additional set of sliders for $7 or $8 more with a $7.95 shipping and handling fee. The maximum charge should have been $42.00.instead, my debit card was charged $127.67.

When I called customer service and demanded that they reimburse me for the $85 that they should not have charged me, they told me that they had tripled my order. All I have to do is return the 2 additional products and they will reimburse me.in the meantime, they have my money. I can't afford these charges - I will end up going without food until my next check comes in.

Apparently this company is in the habit of doing this to people - there are other complaints like mine on the web. I will contact the company as directed by the Attorney General of my state and then the Consumer Complaints division of the AG.
