Disconnected Three Times, Charged $91 With No Answer

I was trying to get an answer to a question and was disconnected 3 times and they charged $38, second charged $15, third $38 total $91 in less than an hour and no answer I wrote and told them I want them to remove the charges and as of this morning they have not.
