Poor Mobile Car Detailer and Poor Attitude!

This company misleads the consumer in their advertising coupons, such as Screamin Deals. They call the Service exactly what their website calls it, however the coupon does not cover everything the same service on their website does. A lot of extra charges! They are never on time. Personal documents have disappeared after their detail service; our Mercedes Key was broken by them, nothing done about it, except yelling, etc. The manager has been very unprofessional and very angry & combative at times towards the customer. The customer is never right with them! I would really be careful with them!
