The Lincoln City store refused to honor a recently expired coupon. I was told that my $8.00 off coupon was expired and that they would not accept expired coupons. I understood and paid for the oil change. When I got home I saw on line that the very same coupon $8.00 off was being currently being offered. Http://www.oilcanhenry.com/0609-google-newport.html? The Lincoln City service facility called me this morning, and basically told me that his crew was following his instructions in not to accepting expired coupons. I would understand except the very same coupon was posted on your web site. The Oil Can Henry's representative told me that it's his stores policy not to accept out of date coupons period. What poor customer service. Since Oil Can Henry's choose not to accept the coupon I will choose to have my vehicles serviced elsewhere in the future.
