One of the door to door sales people made me a deal over phone and then I recieved a bill for 400 plus, before the end of month.
I found out that all the things he had promissed, like free dvr 2 room, free installation, and 90 dollars for cable, phone and internet..
Was all lies. I spent two weeks trying to cancel service that i did not want, but nobody would help me. This company comcast xfinity has a commercial on tv, that if you are not satisfied in the first 30 days, call in and they promise to make it right, but that as you can see is lies too. I am trying to find a lawyer to take my case for false advertising and scamming the consummer. They finally disconnected my service one week after the 30 day cut-off... And sent me another bill for 1100 for not returning their equipment.
I made my story real short because if i told you the full story, it woul take 2 hours... What a nightmare.
