On 4/06 i was a victim of theft when a man grabbed the keys from my ignition and ran off. When i reported this to you you left me in the cold, in fact i had to wait 14 hours until i could get a tow truck to tow me to my destination.

I've just recently had a new key cut for my car which cost me £140.00. I am comprehensively insured for crying out loud!

Last week i sent a letter of complaint and got to talk to a rep who charged me £104.00 in arrear payments and then told me it would cost over600 pounds a year for new insurance. (Personal Information Removed) make sense please.
