Ripoff openly lied made guaruntees empty promises

I was contacted by phone by Trust Benefits, offering me a credit card to restablish credit, or help with financial matters. Being a single Mother with three children and struggling, I thought this was great. I ask all the neccasary questions, or so I thought! For 299 dollars debited from my account I would receive the package with the card. It has been Three months since I have received the package, and still get the run-around from them on the phone.

No credit card, and out of 299 dollars. I am disgusted feel like my hands are tied. My family has suffered because of this. I feel like an idiot, 299 dollars may not seem like much to some, but, to my family it was alot. A mother trying to do something she thought would be good for her family. They do not need to get away with this!
