Unauthorized charge to credit card. Company wanted to credit me back the 39.95. Credit card company's bank rejected the charge, canceled the card, the charge, and the credit back to my account. The company is in Cyprus, and and acts as a billing service for other companies. Charge to my account was for 'natural medical products'.
Don't accept the credit from them, as they will need to know where to credit it to.
