Credit card false charge

Unauthorized charge to my credit card in the amount of 19.95. My credit card company caught it, reversed the charge and canceled the card. What a pain since I only have one credit card I had to wait over a week to get a new one. I have no idea who these people are or how they got my card, but am thankful that my card company caught it the day they tried to put the charge through
