Answer Was Only a Link, Promised Referral Never Happened

I never clicked on the "Accept" button, because their answer was a web site link that had non-active navigation. The tech/so-called engineer couldn't help me, and said he'd refer me to someone else, which never happened. I never thought I'd be scammed! Someone needs to shut down this fraudulent site!!!
