They Suck

Hi. For the first time I planned ahead and orderes flowers for my Granny so she would have them when she got home from the hospital. I place the order 3 days before she was due home. I have been waiting for my Mom to call and tell me how much she loved the flowers, but the call never came. It seems there was NO ONE in the area to send them out. Did i get a phone call, email anything? NO. Now my brother and I look like jerks because we did not send our Granny flowers. When I called the company there was nothing they could do except refund me my money. All I wanted was a phone call to let me order from somewhere else. Now it is the Friday before Valentines day and I am SOL. Thanks a lot Blooms Today. U suck
