Company/Customer Service Sucks!

Do not purchase any flowers from Blooms Today! I placed two orders through them for Valentines day. One was online and the other I called in and spoke with a represenative and place the order. One was suppose to go to my mother for her bday/valentine day and the other to my friend. Needless to say! No flowers were delivered! And they got the order wrong! I didnt place two orders to go to the same person. Per their system! I requested a refund! It better come with the 5-7 business days they mentioned. It the thought that's ruin!
