This website publishes directions for canceling a subscription that cannot be followed because they references screen locations and buttons that do not exist. When you finally contact customer service they are very skittish about discussing why you are unable to cancel in the manner they represent. They simply say "well sir, I canceled your subscription so don't worry about it.
I have the distinct feeling they hope you will simply go away without canceling and pay another month or 2 before trying again!
