Inability to Provide Service as Promised

After purchasing AVG 2011 anti virus protection my computer ran increasingly slower. I contacted tech support and was told that my computer probably had a virus and I'd have to pay another $129 for them to clean it up. My computer was infected. I uninstalled the AVG software and requested a refund. They didn't provide the service as promised and they won't refund my money.
