Why would BOA use them as their settlement admin. Support? Are they aware that people are foreclosing on BOA branches in small claims court (Naples, Fl. 8/11) to recover their monetary awards? Epiq even refused to give my intern their physical address. Nevermind that we can get it from the web but really a strange way to handle civil litigation awards. I'm forwarding this and other docs to DOJ in Dc.
