I received a book in the mail from Specialty Technical Publisher, Unit 10,1225 East Keith Road, North Vancouver BC, V7J 1J3 with an invoice enclsoed in the amount of $592.20. I did not order this book. I called the offices at the telephone number shown on the invoice (604) 983-3434 and spoke to a representative Babak Oshidary. I was told that I had a telephone conversation with the representative on August 4th and gave him permission to send the book to me "on-trial"... Which I deny ever took place. He said he sent me an e-mail the same day... Which if I did receive would have been marked as spam and deleted. He has subsequently sent me a copy of the email and I have checked my blocked senders... His name babak@stpub.com does not appear so the first email was never sent.

He tells me that I need to replace the book put on the proper postage on the package and return it to their address. I do not believe I should have to pay postage to return this heavy book, and when advised him of that... He said he would simply turn the account over to their collections department.

I am returning the book today.
