Beware

Customer's beware... They've a 'as much as 25%' restocking charge which you just learn about should you attempt to return. After I attempted to come back my product I obtained AN EXTREMELY rude email that my demand had been refused. Stated that after I settled the restocking charge (that they never stated what it had been about the items I requested...) and delivery, I'd not get that much cash back anyhow. Explained I ought to market on eBay or Craigslist! I expected to get a manger to make contact with me and undoubtedly got no reaction...
