Joe Hernandez is just a swimming contractor who requires peopleis cash and doesn't finish the task. He's no permit or insurance though he gives you phony copies of these. While yu really contact to confirm if they're legit, the businesses let you know he's not compensated. Don't deal this guy. He also does business-as SA Pools, Alexander Pools, Pools by Reynolds.
