Overcharged!

I had ordered appliances and then later found out that I was being charged over 500.00 for delivery when none were shown on my original charge (they claimed Santa Barabra, Ca was to remote of an area). When I called to cancel the order they told me the order was sent out and that the charges would be reversed. Not only did I not receive the order yet (2 months) and because the appliances were back ordered my credit card company had already paid the bill. I have emailed the company 3 times and called 3 times as well and to date NOTHING. I have an complaint filled with the state Attorney General but how long will that take. Nightmare company!
