Do not use this company. Just like other posters, my story is almost identical. I ordered a remote in May. I immediately received an email back saying order was filled.in a nutshell, I received remote almost two months later and had already found another one. I mailed it back per their instructions and have yet to have money refunded. I must have called and written them at least a dozen times and but once early on they never responded. I felt my credit card was unsafe and even contacted the Attorney General's Office in AZ.
