I had been phoned on three occasions, over a period of three months, but doubted caller so did nothing. Then I was told my computer was about to crash due to so many Alerts and Damaging cookies, that they needed remote access to my computer to save my data. Mark Watson and Sumantra Chakraborty were names given as Technical experts, and I watched my screen as they did scans and temp data deletes etc. Then I was asked for £300 for their services. I was advised that instead of paying for Bullguard and AVG on my laptop and desktops computers, to pay £310.51 for my lifetime protection on any and every computer I owned in the future, against viruses, etc. But also free technical support. I became suspicious when the only new icons on my computers were ATF-Cleaner. Exe and Mozilla Firefox free downloads.
