Ripoff! Charged on my atm/debit card without authorization

The company MWI*SIMPLYYOU has made several attempts to charge the amount of $96.00 to my Mastercard account which I have through Paypal without my authorization. I have never heard of this company before, nor have I ever dealt with any of it's subsideraries to my knowledge.

It's ironic how I transfered $100.00 dollars to my Paypal Mastercard from my bank on the 12th of March, due to a purchase I was planning to make for my child. The transfer would not be complete until the 16th of March.
Once I had the money in my charge account, I then completed my purchase to Eastbay shoes.

The next day, there was a charge on my account for $96.00 from MWI*SIMPLYYOU. The transaction number is: 9YU22207540643151. The time was: 9:49: 48 PST. Several days later, I checked my account again for a balance and noticed another charge from the same company for the same amount with a new transaction number: 5A718735YD2964401. The time was: 14:18: 40 PST.

I work hard for my money each and every week. I would be as upset if it were just a credit card, but the fact is that this was my debit card. This money would have been lost completely if it weren't for the prior Eastbay purchase. Fortunately I don't keep the balance on my Paypal Mastercard up high. I would really hate to have lost that money that I had just put on there. That would have really broken my child's heart for me to tell them that I don't have the money.
