Same as the guy from GalleriaUSA, they charged my credit card for $1 the first month. I assumed it was an ATM fee. Then, they charged me $14.95, and I couldn't even find them on the internet! I filed a dispute with my credit card, and then googled the GalleriaUSA charge, found THIS website, called the company at 1800-790-4814 and spoke with a NINA #16775. She assured me that I would be reimbursed for the $14.95. She also said I had signed up for it by clicking on a red banner for a free Kmart gift cert. Or something. UNKNOWINGLY, I may have left my credit card on there, as I hadn't logged out. I happened to ask her if she had information on SIMPLYYOU also, and she did, and had to remove me from THAT one too. LOG OUT from your credit card or bank account, dispute the item and then also call and stop your membership. When I tried to contact GalleriaUSA or SIMPLYYOU through their website "contact", I kept getting an error and page not found page.
