This company has charged my father-laws credit card twice. He says he never gave them his number (he doesn't usually do stuff like that).
When I called to cancel for him the second time (he called the first time), I asked what their business did, they said it was "proprietary and confidential" and couldn't tell me since I wasn't a member.
I asked for a manager and he said the same thing. I was suspicious (what kind of company doesn't want everyone to know what they do?) so I checked here and obviously others are having similar problems.
I'm hoping someone shuts this company down.
