Miscellaneous

We recived an unknown call saying that the internet in the area we live in was infected. We told them multiple time that we don't need anything but they told us to go on our computer anyways. So we did and they had us look at the computer's management. After that, they said that they could help us. It seemed like they were helping us. After all the scanning, they asked us to buy the plan. They threatened that if we didn't pay, we would be doing someting illegal and be charged $1000. This was during the night of August 9 and continued till the next day. Our bank was closed during the night so we had multiple problems with paying. The next day, we were abled to pay but we had given them our debit card information, and they were also able to change our bank password online. The person who called us was a man and he seemed to have a hindu or latin american accent. He said his name was Charles Green. His employee number was 11719. The contact number he gave me was 877-623-9180 but he called using the number 208-099-7526 which i believe is the area code for Idaho. He gave me an e-mail address: support-tech@live.in The websites that we have gone on are login4speed.com and logmein123.com.
