An Indian speaking woman tells me a viscious virus in the State of New York is going to affect my computer if I don't act immediately. She states this warning was televised on CNN. I then spoke to a technician named Charles who did have me boot up my computer. He did a lengthy scan and did fix a lot of error messages and cleaned up some viruses I guess. He then proceeded to ask me for $340.00 that would give me tech support for the lifetime of my current computer as well as cover any other future purchase of another computer. Since the purchase of this contract on 12/12, I have attempted to reach him at 208-099-7526 because of more computer issues. I am getting a automated message stating this number is disconnected. This is a serious act of fraud and I want my money returned. Please help all of us who have been deceived.
