I cancelled my order before the 30 day trial time was completed. It was only 2 weeks into the trial period when they sent me another order and charged it to my account. I returned the product as requested and was informed that my payment would be refunded back to me. I was notified on 6/2 that they had processed my refund. It is now August and I still have not received my refund. I have sent several emails to the company, with no response. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will never do business with this company again. I do not understand how they can continue to scam their customers in this way. Help please, to stop this from happening to another customer.
