We went to a Time Shares presentation and wasn't told of all the maintainance fees. After receiving the paperwork when we returned home, it stated all the extra charges. We also received a bill for 735.00 for the yearly maintainance. We will never use this Time Share enough to ever pay for it. Our understanding was for fees for the location that you actually stay at on these vacations. We will have a payment of 287.00 for the next 10 yrs also. I feel they didn't explain in detail what all the extra fees are for. I would like to withdraw from these Time Shares if there is any way possible.
