Lied and a BIG rip off Loss of thousands of dollars

My wife and I purchased 8,000 points every 2 years. Plus we were told that we won 4,000 points to be added to that.
We were told we could use the points anytime we wanted to take a vacation. We were told our maintainance fees were fixed and would never go up.
Was told we could file on taxes just as land property, this was a flat out lie. We were not told of other fees that they charge each year. We have tried to make several reservations and unable to use any points. Were told that we could not use all points that were saved up for reservations at one time. We were told we could sell back at anytime.
Tried to sell back; was told they no long did that. Our information was sent to a company that wanted to charge us 100s of dollars to sell this. Maintainance fees going up, never get to use points for vacations my family wants to attend. Were told we could use other hotels also unable to do that Oh unless you pay more money to join more options with them. My family and I are very unhappy with this company. Sorry it is even associated with Bass Pro Shops. This is giving them a bad reputation. I'm interested in hearing or talking with anyone else concerning this company.
