Paid for a floor screen by debit card. Account was charged, and I was told I could pick up in 7-10 days. (They had to have it delivered from an off site warehouse) Called in 7 days, was told it had not arrived. Then called again 3 days later, still not there. Later calls were directed to automated message. Went down to physical location. Sign on door announcing "renovation". Store has been closed since that time. The owner basically took my money (and God knows how many other people's money), closed store and apparently skipped out. I have been unable to even find out owners name to take him to small claims. This is outrageous.
