EM Lynch Marketing, contracted with them in December to assist us in Loan Modification, the signed contract also had refund clause, if satisfactory results not done. As of Nov the owner agreed to provide us a refund. As of today 8/4 that has not occurred, they will not answer the phone or emails and am told they are not doing business by the Attorney Generals office, however when you call the phone it was still active and you can leave a message. This company has seriously misrepresented many clients and taken their monies and in most cases $1500 and refused to return refunds. Filed compalint with the BBB and also AG of AZ. Horible company and if they should file bankruptcy, everyone who has asked for refund should be compensated.
