Scam company - please be aware that Eric Lynch and his partner, Dan Treantos are frauds and are making a living preying on homeowners attempting to get a modification on their home loans.

These people will lie right to your face and have crooked mortgage brokers working with them to refer unsuspecting people their way. If you are referred to EM Lynch and Associates or any of the above-named individuals for any type of service you better bet the person who referred you is getting paid off.

What they do is convince you that they have a "high success" rate in loan mods by providing false information regarding their client base. After they get your money you'd better be sure you aren't going to get a loan modification because they won't even ATTEMPT to contact your lender in most cases, and if they do they won't submit the forms in time and you will be denied a loan mod and out $1,500.

This company owes THOUSANDS of dollars to the citizens of Arizona for fraudulent practices stemming from faulty contracts to failure to deliver on the services that you pay them for.

I sent proof to Eric Lynch that his company had never once contacted my lender on my behalf and had wasted my time with requesting the same documents each time I called in to request an update and he had nothing to say. I called him out on breach of contract and sent him HIS OWN EMAILS where he told bold-faced lies. A few weeks later I received a letter stating that I "did not qualify" for refund!
