This bank is a crook they will charge 35.00 late fees on your bill when you are not late then when you call up they switch you from person to person and no one can help you with it and when i pay the bill instead of it going down it's getting higher. Then they threaten you with i will report it to the credit bureaus this company has really scammed a lot of consumers and they also scam me with the care credit for my dogs and something really needs to be done about this can i had a credit limit of 4000 i only used 964.78 now they say i don't have any available credit they are crooks and i never received a letter or nothing from them saying this i looked it up online and i pay the bill from my banking account and they say they never got the money but the bank gave me a print off of the payment to them someone please help me with this matter asap.
